1. Coaching Disclaimer
The coaching services, programs, and materials provided by Happiness Unlimited (including DreamBuilder programs) are for educational and informational purposes only. Marianne Ewasyn is a certified coach, not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or psychologist. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, materials, videos, text, and graphics are the proprietary property of Happiness Unlimited or our licensors (including the Brave Thinking Institute). You may access and use these materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
3. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms of Service.
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
- You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (such as a bot or script).

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Specific refund policies and cancellation terms for paid coaching programs (like the 12-Week DreamBuilder Coaching Program) will be provided in writing within your separate client agreement before you commit to the program. Complimentary sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with 24 hours notice.
